- An email address needs to be applied to your account and the account needs to be active to receive points.

- For every 250 points accumulated, you will be eligible for a $5 credit to be applied to your account, which can be redeemed at future visits.
- Paws Points do not expire.
- An additional 500 Paws Points will be applied to your account for every family you refer to our facility. These points will be awarded once your referred guest has used our facility.
