Healthy and Happy

At Paws by the Lake Pet Resort, we want to ensure that all of our lodging guests are healthy and free of communicable disease and parasites. For that reason, we have a few health requirements for each of our guests. All of our guests must be current on all core vaccines (see below), plus Bordetella and Canine Influenza for our canine friends. Due to the social nature of Doggie Daycare, a negative annual fecal sample is required, and a heartworm test is also recommended. Additionally, Doggie Daycare attendees must be on a monthly parasite (heartworm, flea, and tick) preventative. Your primary veterinarian should be able to supply you with a copy of your most current vaccination and parasite screening records.
